MedExpress to Be Acquired by Optum

Optum, a leading health services company, announced it is acquiring MedExpress, a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic. MedExpress is a national leader in high-quality, affordable walk-in care. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
