Metropoulos and Utz to Form Strategic Partnership

Paul, Weiss advised Metropoulos & Co., the family-owned investment firm specializing in iconic American brands and assets, in the formation of a strategic partnership with Utz Quality Foods, LLC. Under the terms of the deal, Metropoulos agreed to make a significant investment in the 95-year-old company, the largest independent salty snack company in the United States.
