PulteGroup Buys Real Estate Assets of Dominion Homes

PulteGroup, Inc., one of America's largest homebuilding companies, announced that it has acquired the real estate assets of Paul, Weiss client Dominion Homes, one of the largest builders in Columbus, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky. Financial terms for the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team representing Dominion Homes in the transaction included, among others, corporate partners Jeffrey Marell, Thomas de la Bastide, Marilyn Sobel and Charles Googe and counsel Christopher Poggi; bankruptcy counsel Diane Meyers; employee benefits partner Lawrence Witdorchic and counsel Erin Murphy; tax partner David Sicular; real estate partner Peter Fisch; environmental counsel William O'Brien; and antitrust counsel Didier Malaquin.
