Paul, Weiss client Spectrum Brands Holdings completed its
previously announced acquisition of Procter & Gamble's European
pet food business, consisting of the complementary IAMS and
Eukanuba premium brands for dogs and cats. Financial terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
