Stanley Martin to Acquire Homebuilding Operations of FrontDoor Communities

Paul, Weiss is representing homebuilder Stanley Martin Communities in its acquisition of the homebuilding assets of FrontDoor Communities in Atlanta, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in January 2018, have not been disclosed.
