Paul, Weiss clients General Atlantic and other shareholders in Yemek Sepeti Elektronik İletişim Tanıtım Pazarlama Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. completed the sale of their shares in Yemek Sepeti to Delivery Hero Holdings GmbH for cash and non-cash consideration in a transaction in which Yemek Sepeti was valued at $589 million. Founded in 2001, Yemek Sepeti is the leading Turkish online food delivery platform. Today, Yemek Sepeti processes over 3 million monthly orders from 10,000 partner restaurants. Yemek Sepeti operates in a total of eight countries, including Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and Greece.
