Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners LP has earned a Buyouts “Deal of the Year” award for KPS’s $1 billion-plus sale of its portfolio company Anchor Glass Container Corporation to BA Glass B.V. and funds advised by CVC Capital Partners.
