Corporate partners Jack Lange and Greg Liu took part in the Asian Venture Capital Journal's annual Private Equity & Venture Forum in Beijing. Jack will moderate the opening panel, titled "Global Private Equity Perspective: Where Is Asia Heading and How Will It Get There?" which will address the global growth slowdown, private equity trends and emerging opportunities and challenges. Greg will moderate a panel, titled "IPOs, M&As and Other Exit Options for 2016," which will discuss exit options, capital market reforms in China and trends for overseas IPOs. The event will take place on March 9-10 in Beijing.
