Paul, Weiss client AM Conservation Group, Inc. announced an investment in Service Concepts, a provider of efficiency products, fulfillment and product sourcing services to electric cooperatives. AM Conservation Group is a leading provider of products and services to utilities and municipalities and a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
