Paul, Weiss is representing Bellisio Foods Inc., a portfolio company of Centre Partners Management LLC, in its agreement to be acquired by Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) for $1.075 billion. Bellisio, headquartered in Minneapolis, is a leading frozen food company. Thailand-based CP Foods is a leading agro-industrial and food conglomerate in the Asia-Pacific region.
