Paul, Weiss is advising Berkshire Partners LLC, a Boston-based investment firm, in its minority investment in Kendra Scott Design, Inc., a leading fashion accessories brand. Kendra Scott will continue as majority shareholder and CEO. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2017.
