Berlin Packaging to Acquire Bruni Glass

Paul, Weiss client Berlin Packaging, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, announced that it has agreed to acquire Italy-based Bruni Glass, a provider of glass packages designed for spirits, wine, food and gourmet applications. Upon completion of the transaction, which is expected before the end of the year, Bruni will operate as Bruni Glass, A Berlin Packaging Company, and will have access to Berlin's full line of packaging solutions, service divisions and its more than 100 North American sales and warehouse locations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
