CDPQ and KKR Complete $4.3 Billion Acquisition of USI Insurance Services

Paul, Weiss represented Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in its $4.3 billion joint acquisition, with KKR, of USI Insurance Services (USI) from Onex Corporation. Under the terms of the previously announced deal, CDPQ and KKR now hold equal stakes in USI, a leading U.S. insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
