CI Capital Acquires Simplified Logistics

Paul, Weiss represented CI Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, in its affiliate’s acquisition of a majority interest in Simplified Logistics, a leading North American provider of transportation management services. The management team of Simplified will retain a significant equity ownership in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
