Paul, Weiss represented IntraPac International Corporation, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its sale to an entity controlled by ONCAP Management Partners, L.P., the mid-market arm of Canadian private equity firm Onex Corp. IntraPac is a North Carolina-based designer and manufacturer of specialty rigid packaging solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
