Crestview Partners Agrees to Acquire DS Waters

Paul, Weiss client Crestview Partners announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire DS Waters of America, Inc., a leading direct-to-consumer beverage services provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Crestview will acquire DS Waters from a group of equity owners via a merger for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is expected to close within the next three months.
