Paul, Weiss is advising D1 Capital Partners in its investment in goPuff, the go-to platform for consumers’ everyday needs. D1 Capital participated in the $1.15 billion funding round, which more than doubled goPuff’s valuation to $8.9 billion, alongside Fidelity Management and Research Company, Baillie Gifford, Eldridge, Reinvent Capital, Luxor Capital and SoftBank Vision Fund 1.
