D1 Capital Leads Investment in Zetwerk

Paul, Weiss represented D1 Capital as a lead investor in a $150 million Series E funding round in manufacturing startup Zetwerk. The funding round values the company at $1.33 billion. India-based Zetwerk helps small and medium enterprises translate their digital designs into physical products. The company operates in more than 25 industry segments, including consumer goods, apparel, defense, space and aerospace. New investors Avenir and IIFL also participated in the funding round, along with existing investors Greenoaks Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital and Accel.
