Electrical Components International to Acquire Fargo Assembly Company

Paul, Weiss is representing Electrical Components International, Inc. (ECI), a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, in its agreement to acquire Fargo Assembly Company and certain of its affiliates. ECI's combination with Fargo will enable its expansion and diversification in the global wire harness industry. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in the first quarter of 2017, were not disclosed.
