Paul, Weiss is representing FirstLight Fiber in its agreement to acquire Finger Lakes Technologies Group. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of 2017, were not disclosed. FirstLight is a leading fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services provider operating in the Northeast. Finger Lakes Technologies Group provides data, Internet and voice solutions to business customers in New York and Pennsylvania though its fiber network.
