Forsyth Capital Acquires HawkeyePedershaab

Forsyth Capital Investors, LLC, an investment firm targeting the manufacturing and insurance services sectors, completed the acquisition of HawkeyePedershaab, Inc., a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. Hawkeye is the leading global manufacturer of capital equipment for the production of concrete pipe and manholes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
