Paul, Weiss is representing General Atlantic in its strategic partnership with Deutsche Börse AG, one of the largest exchange organizations worldwide. In connection with this partnership, General Atlantic will invest approximately $715 million into Deutsche Börse, which will be used to finance its acquisition of Axioma, a leading provider of enterprise risk management, portfolio management and regulatory reporting solutions.
