Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by affiliates of General Atlantic LLC in connection with the Series C Investment in Fresha, a worldwide booking platform for salons and spas.
Fresha allows consumers to discover, book and pay for beauty and wellness appointments with local businesses via its marketplace. Salons, spas and barbershops can also leverage Fresha to manage their operations with its subscription-free business software.
