Paul, Weiss represented General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm, in their strategic investment in General Information Services, a nationally accredited background check company. In connection with the investment, Paul, Weiss negotiated the refinancing of the GIS financing facilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
