General Atlantic Makes Strategic Investment in Network International

Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic, along with Warburg Pincus, announced the acquisition of a 49 percent stake in Network International, the largest payments solutions provider in the Middle East and Africa, from The Abraaj Group for an undisclosed amount.
