KPS Capital to Acquire Winoa

Paul, Weiss is representing an affiliate of KPS Capital Partners, LP in its acquisition of WHA Holding SAS (Winoa) from a consortium of investors. Winoa is the leading global manufacturer of steel abrasives across the transportation, equipment, energy and construction markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2017 and is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
