KPS to Sell Anchor Glass for More Than $1 Billion

Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners LP announced the sale of its portfolio company Anchor Glass Container Corporation to BA Glass B.V. and funds advised by CVC Capital Partners. Anchor Glass is a leading North American manufacturer of premium glass packaging products, and BA Glass is a leading manufacturer of glass bottles in Europe. Completion of the transaction, which is valued at more than $1 billion, is expected by the year's end.
