Earlier today, our client Oak Hill Capital Partners closed the sale of its portfolio company Primus International Holding Company to Precision Castparts Corp. for $900 million. Primus International is a leading supplier of highly engineered metallic and composite parts, kits and assemblies to the global aerospace industry.
