Oak Hill to Acquire FirstLight Fiber

FirstLight Fiber, a leading fiber-optic bandwidth infrastructure services provider in New York and Northern New England, announced that it has agreed to be acquired by Paul, Weiss client Oak Hill Capital Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, Oak Hill will acquire FirstLight from its private equity owner, Riverside Partners, which is expected to continue as a minority investor. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2016, were not disclosed.
