Paul, Weiss represented Palladium Equity Partners, LLC in a significant investment by a Palladium affiliate in CircusTrix Holdings, LLC. The investment in CircusTrix, an owner/operator of indoor extreme recreation parks, is being made in partnership with CircusTrix founder and CEO Case Lawrence, his management team and other owners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The current CircusTrix management team will remain in place following the transaction.
