Pritzker Group to Acquire ProAmpac

Pritzker Group Private Capital announced that it has agreed to acquire ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, from Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management. The ProAmpac management team will remain a significant shareholder and will continue to lead the company and serve on its board of directors. The transaction is expected to close in November.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Angelo Bonvino and counsel David Harris, Christopher Poggi and Julie Martinelli; tax partner Scott Sontag; real estate partner Peter Fisch; intellectual property partner Chuck Googe; antitrust counsel Marta Kelly; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
