Paul, Weiss client Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on customer brands and multi-unit businesses, announced that one of its affiliates has acquired Great Expressions Dental Centers, one of the largest dental support organizations in the U.S. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Matthew Abbott, Ellen Ching, Jeffrey Marell and Robert Zochowski; tax partner Scott Sontag; employee benefits partner Robert Fleder; and antitrust counsel Marta Kelly.
