Roark Capital to Acquire ICWG From TDR Capital

Paul, Weiss is representing Roark Capital Group in its proposed acquisition of International Car Wash Group (ICWG) from TDR Capital LLP. Terms of the transaction, expected to close this year, were not disclosed. ICWG is a global car wash operator with locations in Europe, the U.S. and Australia. Roark is an Atlanta-based private equity firm, which was founded in 2001 and primarily invests in multi-unit businesses in the specialty retail, restaurant and consumer services sectors.
