Paul, Weiss represented Summit Companies, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Las Vegas-based A-1 National Fire Co. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Summit Companies is a premier fire and life safety specialist company.
