Swift Worldwide Resources Merges with Air Energi

Paul, Weiss client Swift Worldwide Resources, a supplier of skilled manpower resources to the global oil and gas industry, completed its merger with Air Energi Group Ltd. to form Airswift Holdings Ltd., a $1.2 billion turnover company specializing in global workforce solutions for the energy, process and infrastructure industries. The transaction was structured as an all-stock merger backed by Swift and Air Energi's private equity backers, Wellspring Capital Management and LGV Capital.
