Vantage Oncology to Be Acquired by McKesson

Paul, Weiss client Vantage Oncology, LLC, a leading national provider of radiation oncology, medical oncology and other integrated cancer care services, announced that it has agreed to be acquired by McKesson Specialty Health, a healthcare services and information technology company. Following the transaction, Vantage will become part of McKesson's Specialty Health business.
