Wellspring Acquires AdvoServ

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC announced that it has acquired AdvoServ, a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare provider specializing in clinical, educational and residential services for children and adults with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Angelo Bonvino, Neil Goldman and Brad Finkelstein and counsel Christopher Poggi, Didier Malaquin, Claudine Meredith-Goujon, David Harris, Lindsey Wiersma and Marta Kelly; real estate partner Peter Fisch; environmental counsel William O'Brien; and tax partner Scott Sontag.
