Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, announced the creation of a leading flexible packaging company through the merger of portfolio companies Prolamina Corporation and newly acquired Ampac Holdings, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
