Wellspring Capital to Sell National Seating & Mobility to Court Square

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital announced that it has agreed to sell its portfolio company National Seating & Mobility, North America's premier complex rehab technology provider, to Court Square Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close within 60 days, were not disclosed.
