Paul, Weiss is representing Tradesmen International, LLC, a Wellspring portfolio company, in its sale to private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone. Tradesmen is the leading agency-based provider of outsourced skilled craftsmen to non-residential construction and industrial contractors in North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
