Paul, Weiss client Collegium Capital, an affiliate of Pebb Capital, completed an acquisition of 78 condominium units and 20 cooperative units in The Alabama, a multifamily property on East 11th Street in Manhattan. Collegium's business plan includes a gut renovation of the units for use as student housing, targeting students at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
