Real estate partners Mitchell Berg and Peter Fisch published their quarterly Transactional Real Estate column in the October 21 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "Real Estate Provisions in M&A v. Real Estate Transactions," discusses the ways in which conventions governing merger and stock purchase agreements in M&A transactions differ in certain significant respects from those that apply to purchase and sale agreements in real estate transactions.
