Restructuring partner Alan Kornberg contributed three chapters to the third edition of Debt Restructuring, published by Oxford University Press. He co-wrote “Insolvency in the UK and US,” “Out-of-court VS Court-supervised Restructurings” and “The UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-border Insolvency” with Sarah Paterson, a professor of law at the London School of Economics.
