An associate in the Litigation Department, Alicia Walker focuses her practice on complex compliance and regulatory defense matters. She has also worked on various commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. She has represented clients in matters involving a wide range of industries, including technology and financial services.

Alicia represented Deutsche Bank in multi-regulator, multi-jurisdictional inquiries concerning the setting of prices of Interbank Offered Rates (IBORs). She also represented a sports marketing company in connection with the antitrust clearance process for its merger with another leading media and technology company in college athletics, bringing together two of sports’ largest multimedia rights and sponsorship businesses. Alicia is a member of the team representing a leading online company in the holistic redesign of its approach to compliance across key areas of regulatory focus, including new and existing statutes and regulations of competitive practices, online content, digital services and privacy. She is also key associate on the team advising a leading European bank in the analysis of its approach to sanctions.

Alicia received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was Blog Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, and her B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
