Brian Lipshutz is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group. He has experience with constitutional law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, and commercial litigation. He has argued appeals before two state supreme courts and represented clients in a variety of other federal and state appellate courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas of the U.S. Supreme Court, Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and Judge Gregory G. Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Brian graduated from Yale Law School, where he was a Comments Editor on the Yale Law Journal.
