Elizabeth Grossman is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex civil litigation. Elizabeth’s experience includes antitrust class actions, securities litigation, employment, breach of contract and consumer protection disputes, and government investigations.
In addition, Elizabeth maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing individual immigration clients in removal proceedings and in accessing immigration benefits, and playing a key role in the ACLU lawsuit challenging the unlawful practice of separating families at the border. Elizabeth has also submitted amicus briefs concerning voting rights and reproductive justice matters on behalf of institutional clients and has litigated challenges to police practices. Before joining Paul, Weiss, Elizabeth served in the Chief Counsel’s office at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services at the Department of Homeland Security.
