Garrett West is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation Group. Garrett represents parties in complex civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts, as well as in proceedings before administrative agencies. He has handled appeals involving securities law, administrative law, federal court procedure, class actions, criminal procedure and antitrust law issues.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Garrett clerked for Justice Samuel Alito of the U.S. Supreme Court, Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. At law school, Garrett was an articles editor at The Yale Law Journal.
