An associate in the litigation department, Jessica Morton has experience representing clients from a variety of industries in complex commercial disputes, consumer class actions, and antitrust litigation.
Jessica also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing indigent criminal defendants in federal court at both the district and appellate levels. While still in law school, she argued on behalf of a criminal defendant before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Jessica is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where she teaches Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing. Jessica serves as a co-chair of the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia’s annual Generous Associates Campaign, and has served as an amicus committee co-chair for the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
In law school, Jessica was the Executive Articles Editor of the Michigan Law Review.
