An associate in the Litigation Department, Lin Meneguin has litigated a broad range of complex civil and commercial matters in federal and state courts both at the trial and appellate levels. Lin has advised clients on topics including fiduciary duties, securities fraud, antitrust, bankruptcy and restructuring, and constitutional law. She has represented leading companies in the fields of finance, technology and energy, among others. Lin also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on voting rights and reproductive rights.

While in law school, Lin served as a senior executive editor of the New York University Law Review. She was a semi-finalist in the American Bar Association’s First Amendment and Media Law Diversity Moot Court Competition, and a quarter-finalist in the international rounds of the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition at Oxford University.
