An associate in the Litigation Department, Nicholas Caselli has experience defending high-stakes securities and shareholder class actions and advising clients in white collar and regulatory defense matters. He has represented industry-leading financial institutions and healthcare companies. Nicholas has also worked as a legal secondee on the government investigations team of a multinational bank and has drafted amicus briefs in pro bono civil rights cases before various federal courts of appeals.

At the University of Chicago Law School, Nicholas was an Articles Editor on the Law Review and a finalist in the Edward W. Hinton Moot Court Competition.
